Good Eating in Mali

On my trip to Mali, we ate what some would call “street meat”.  I guess you could say that I have an addiction.  I love the stuff.  The other photo is of an African Waffle House.

The meat look good as long as “street meat” isn’t the same as what we call “road kill”

  2. Keith Says:

It’s actually sheep meat but other missionaries call it street meat because of where it is cooked. It isn’t the fancy restaurant.
